Multi-skilled Maintenance Engineer - FM Service Provider - Retail - North Bristol - £40,000 per annum
An exciting opportunity to join an established FM service provider based in North Bristol has arisen! CBW Staffing Solutions is currently recruiting a Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer based on a retail site in North Bristol. He or she will be required to carry out planned and reactive maintenance across this commercial building.\n
\n The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of Facilities Maintenance and have a proven track record in building maintenance. In return, the company is offering a competitive salary of up to £40,000, overtime, further training and a potential route into further career progression.\n

Key Duties & Responsibilities\n
\n
- \n
- Lighting (Small installation, Fault-finding, Lamping, etc) \n
- Emergency lighting tests \n
- Changing Ballast \n
- BMS System - Monitor (i.e. Hot & cold) \n
- Carry out all aspects of M&E/Fabric maintenance \n
- Maintain and update Log books \n
- Plumbing \n
- Pumps, motors PPMs \n
- Compliance and logbooks \n
- Undertake all allocated tasks and perform them in a timely and professional manner. \n
- Be proactive in identifying and reporting faults with building services equipment and take steps to resolve them. \n
- Be proactive to ensure all H&S issues are reported/escalated as required. \n
- Maintain informal communications with Client staff members related to service levels and issues. \n
- Report service affecting issued to the site management team for formal communication with the client. \n
- Remain flexible with regard to site attendance and tasks undertaken within personal competency. \n
- Be fully aware of relevant Health and Safety and general legislative matters. \n
- Escort specialist subcontractors \n

- Qualified - City & Guilds Level 2 in Electrical or Mechanical discipline (Not required but advantageous) \n
- Must be able to provide copies of your trade certificates \n
- A proven track record in commercial building maintenance \n
- Multi-skilled \n
- Good communication skills \n
