Location: Medway City Estate, Rochester
Pay: £13.80–£14.00 per hour

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Shot Blaster to join a busy structural steel warehouse based on Medway City Estate, Rochester.

Key Responsibilities:

\n
• Shot blasting structural steel to remove rust, scale, and surface contaminants.
\n
• Operating shot blasting equipment and a fire hose to clean steel components.
\n
• Preparing metal structures to a high-quality finish.
\n
• Working safely within a busy warehouse environment.
\n
• Maintaining excellent attention to detail and quality standards.
\n
• Carrying out manual handling duties as required.
\n
• Taking accurate measurements and using good numeracy skills.
\n

Requirements:

\n
• Minimum of 2 years' shot blasting experience.
\n
• Previous experience working with structural steel or metal.
\n
• Good attention to detail.
\n
• Strong numeracy skills for measurements.
\n
• Physically fit and able to undertake manual work.
\n
• Reliable with a positive attitude and a strong work ethic.
\n

Working Hours:

\n
• Monday to Friday
\n
• 2:00pm – 10:00pm
  \n (Choose the shift that best suits you.)
\n
