NJR Recruitment is delighted to be working with a well-established and highly respected Independent Financial Adviser firm in Doncaster that is looking to recruit an experienced Employed Financial Adviser to join its growing team.

This is an excellent opportunity for a Competent Adviser Status (CAS) Financial Adviser who is looking to join a supportive practice where they can focus on delivering high-quality financial advice, backed by a dedicated administration and paraplanning team.

You'll inherit a well-established client bank, allowing you to hit the ground running while also having the opportunity to grow your portfolio through referrals and new business generation.

The Role

As an Employed Financial Adviser, you will:

• Manage and develop an existing portfolio of loyal clients
\n
• Conduct annual reviews and provide holistic financial planning advice
\n
• Advise on pensions, investments, protection and retirement planning
\n
• Build long-term client relationships through exceptional service
\n
• Identify opportunities to develop additional business from existing clients and referrals
\n
• Work closely with dedicated Paraplanners and Administrators to deliver an outstanding client experience
\n
• Ensure all advice is delivered in line with FCA regulations and company standards
\n
• Keep up to date with industry developments and regulatory changes
\n

About You

We're looking for an experienced adviser who is passionate about providing excellent client outcomes.

Essential Requirements:

\n
• Previous experience as a CAS Financial Adviser
\n
• Level 4 Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning (or equivalent)
\n
• Proven experience providing holistic financial planning advice
\n
• Strong knowledge of pensions, investments and protection
\n
• Excellent relationship-building and communication skills
\n
• A client-focused approach with high professional standards
\n
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with the wider team
\n
