Job Description

The Role

\n

On behalf of our client, we are seeking an Administrator. In this role, you will provide outstanding customer service throughout the personal injury claims process, managing cases efficiently from the initial nomination through to obtaining CPR-compliant medical reports.

\n

Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will work closely with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders, including solicitors, accredited medico-legal experts, claimants, data providers and colleagues, ensuring cases progress smoothly, accurately and in line with regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities will include

  • Providing accurate nominations to solicitors based on a thorough assessment of case details.
  • \n
  • Instructing accredited medico-legal experts and coordinating their appointments.
  • \n
  • Liaising with solicitors, medical experts and claimants to ensure cases progress efficiently.
  • \n
  • Coordinating and managing medical appointment bookings.
  • \n
  • Communicating appointment details to claimants via telephone, email and letter.
  • \n
  • Ensuring medico-legal experts receive all required documentation, including medical records.
  • \n
  • Handling, transmitting and storing sensitive medical and legal information securely.
  • \n
  • Obtaining, reviewing and checking medical reports to ensure CPR compliance.
  • \n
  • Maintaining accurate case records and communication logs using the company's bespoke case management system.
  • \n
  • Building and maintaining strong working relationships with solicitors through effective communication and proactive case management.
  • \n
  • Monitoring, diarising and tracking key deadlines to ensure timely case progression.
  • \n
  • Working collaboratively with colleagues and other internal departments to deliver an efficient and seamless service.
  • \n
  • Managing your workload effectively to meet performance and service standards.
  • \n
  • Ensuring full compliance with GDPR, Data Protection legislation and company procedures.

We are looking for a proactive, enthusiastic and customer-focused individual with excellent organisational skills and a genuine desire to deliver exceptional service.

You will be someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, is motivated to learn and develop, and takes pride in managing cases with accuracy and professionalism.

You'll ideally have:

  • Previous experience within a customer service, administration or case management environment.
  • \n
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the confidence to build relationships with clients, solicitors and medical professionals.
  • \n
  • Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple cases, appointments and deadlines simultaneously.
  • \n
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy when handling sensitive information.
  • \n
  • The ability to work collaboratively as part of a close-knit team while managing your own workload effectively.
  • \n
  • A positive, motivated attitude with a willingness to learn and develop.
  • \n

The Hours

\n

Full-time, Monday to Friday 9-5

\n

\n

The Salary

\n

£25,000 - £27,000 per annum, depending on experience.
