Job Description
An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Court of Protection Solicitor to join a leading law firm with a highly regarded private client practice. Working as part of a specialist team, you will manage a varied caseload of deputyship and personal injury trust matters while supporting vulnerable clients and their families.

- Manage a varied caseload of Court of Protection deputyship and personal injury trust matters \n
- Advise clients, families, case managers and other professionals on property and financial affairs \n
- Work closely with Personal Injury and Medical Negligence teams on litigated and settled claims \n
- Draft Court of Protection applications and annual Deputy Reports \n
- Assist with complex deputyship and trust matters alongside senior colleagues \n
- Coordinate billing, detailed assessment of costs and financial administration \n
- Maintain accurate case records and ensure exceptional client service throughout \n
Candidate Requirements

- Qualified Solicitor with 4+ years' PQE in Court of Protection \n
- Strong experience managing deputyship and property and affairs matters \n
- Experience with personal injury trusts is advantageous \n
- Excellent drafting, organisational and communication skills \n
- Compassionate and client-focused approach with the ability to manage sensitive matters \n
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities \n
- A collaborative team player with a proactive approach \n
Salary up to £65,000 plus attractive benefits and bonus
