Compliance Administrator
Job Description
Full-time - Permanent - Monday to Friday - Hybrid
\nSalary: £27,976 per annum + bonus
\nWe are looking for an organised and detail-focused Compliance Support Administrator to join our Compliance and Audit team.
\nThis role provides essential administrative support to ensure our supplier and compliance processes run smoothly. You will help manage supplier onboarding, maintain compliance records, coordinate contractual documentation and support audit activities across our client supply chains.
\nThis is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong administration skills who enjoys working accurately, managing information and building relationships with internal teams and external suppliers. Experience in compliance is beneficial but not essential, as training and development will be provided.
\n\nWhat you will be doing

- Support the onboarding of new agency suppliers and supply chain partners. \n
- Issue, track, and maintain supplier agreements using electronic signature platforms and internal systems. \n
- Maintain accurate records of contracts, supplier agreements, and approval documentation. \n
- Monitor supplier compliance documentation and ensure records remain up to date. \n
- Support the management of approved supplier and umbrella company lists. \n
- Assist in collecting and reviewing documentation required for supplier audits. \n
- Prepare audit packs, compliance reports, and management information. \n
- Track audit findings and support the monitoring of corrective actions. \n
- Maintain compliance databases, trackers, and due diligence records. \n
- Respond to compliance-related queries from suppliers, clients, and internal stakeholders. \n
- Support supplier audits, contractual reviews, and compliance projects. \n
- Ensure all activities are completed in line with GDPR, data protection requirements and internal policies. \n
- Assist in reviewing suppliers against contractual, regulatory, and client-specific requirements. \n
What you will bring:

- Strong administrative and organisational skills. \n
- Ability to build positive working relationships with internal teams, suppliers and external stakeholders. \n
- Excellent attention to detail and record-keeping ability. \n
- Experience of managing documentation and database records. \n
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook. \n
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work to deadlines. \n
- Strong written and verbal communication skills. \n
- Experience within recruitment, MSP, RPO, payroll, compliance, or a related administrative environment would be beneficial but is not essential, as full training will be provided. \n
- Knowledge of temporary labour supply chains would be beneficial \n
- An awareness of employment legislation, right-to-work requirements, GDPR, agency worker compliance, or supplier due diligence processes would be advantageous. \n
