BMS Engineer

An established technology business specialising in cloud-based IoT, energy management and building automation solutions is seeking an experienced Trend BMS Engineer. The organisations award-winning technology helps customers reduce energy consumption, improve building performance and achieve carbon-reduction targets.

The successful candidate will manage and maintain Trend building management systems, configure IQ Vision and provide technical support to customers and internal teams. • Strong professional experience working with Trend BMS systems
\n
• Experience configuring, managing and maintaining IQ Vision
\n
• Practical experience using SET to maintain Trend BMS environments
\n
• Ability to export and integrate data from Trend into other systems
\n
• Working knowledge of HVAC systems and associated controls
\n
• Understanding of building automation protocols and technologies
\n
• Exposure to Tridium, EDPAC, Modbus or BACnet would be advantageous
\n
• Experience analysing system performance, identifying faults and implementing improvements
\n
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
\n
• Excellent communication skills with a customer-focused approach
\n
• Ability to work effectively with technical teams, operational colleagues and external stakeholders
\n
• Previous experience in a fast-paced facilities management or similar environment would be beneficial
