Production Supervisor

SourceCo Recruitment are currently looking for an experienced Production Supervisor to join a long-standing client based in Belfast.

Working Hours

• Monday to Thursday - 08:30 16:30 / Fridays 08:30 14:00
\n

Salary

\n
• £26,500 per annum, increasing to £28,500 following successful probation.
\n

The Role

Working alongside the Office Supervisor, you'll play a key role in leading, supporting and motivating the production team while ensuring customer orders are delivered OTIF. This is a hands-on role where you'll help drive productivity, maintain quality standards and support continuous improvement across the production operation.

Key Responsibilities

\n
• Lead and support the production team on a daily basis.
\n
• Ensure finished goods are produced and delivered OTIF.
\n
• Carry out quality control checks and maintain high production standards.
\n
• Promote Health & Safety and ensure equipment is maintained.
\n
• Manage finished goods and intermediate stock levels.
\n
• Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
\n
• Work closely with the Office Supervisor to meet production targets and customer expectations.
\n

What We're Looking For

\n
• Previous Production Team Leader or Supervisor experience.
\n
• Counterbalance Forklift Licence (essential).
\n
• Quality Control experience.
\n
• Strong understanding of Health & Safety within a manufacturing environment.
\n
• Experience managing stock and inventory.
\n
• Organised with excellent attention to detail.
\n
• IT literate with good communication skills.
\n
• A proactive leader with a positive, can-do attitude.
\n
