CBW Staffing Solutions are currently recruiting for an Electrical Maintenance Engineerto be based in a commercial estate of buildings near Chesterford, Essex. He or she will be required to carry out planned and reactive Electrical maintenance alongside the maintenance team.\n

• £45,000

• 25 Days Holiday

Requirements\n
\n

\n
• City & Guilds / NVQ - Electrical Level 3
\n
• 17th or 18th Edition
\n
• You must be able to provide copies of your trade certificates (Essential)
\n
• A proven track record in commercial building maintenance
\n
• An understanding of the following is essential: L8 Water treatment, Pumps, Air Handling units
\n
• Multi-skilled
\n
• Good communication skills
\n
• Excellent customer skills
\n

Electrical duties:\n
\n

\n
• Emergency Lighting
\n
• Fire alarm testing and sprinkler testing
\n
• AHUs/FCUs filter changes, belt changes, actuator changes, coil cleans
\n
• Pumps PPMs or strip downs (replacing seals, bearings, valves, overhauls)
\n
• Motors PPMs (re-winds, overhauls)
\n
• Water treatment dipslides, pH & temperature testing, chlorination, chemical dosing
\n
• Water pressurization units
\n
• Chlorifiers annual inspection, descaling
\n
• Condensers, Condenser Returns
\n
• Cooling towers
\n
• Softeners
\n
• Boilers re-sets
\n
• Chillers re-sets, 1st Line faults
\n
