The Opportunity A well-established, multidisciplinary property consultancy is looking to strengthen its Planning team with the appointment of a Planning Consultant, Senior or Associate (level dependent on experience).\n
\n This is a genuinely exciting opportunity to join a high-performing, collaborative team working across a diverse pipeline of residential, commercial and mixed-use developments. Youll play a key role in delivering expert planning advice while contributing to the continued growth of the business.\n
The Role\n

\n
• Managing planning applications from inception through to determination
\n
• Providing strategic planning advice to a broad client base
\n
• Supporting and leading on development plan representations
\n
• Building strong client relationships and acting as a trusted advisor
\n
• Identifying and securing new business opportunities
\n
• (Senior/Associate level) Supporting team leadership, mentoring and project oversight
\n

About You\n

\n
• MRTPI chartered (essential)
\n
• Experience within planning consultancy or a local authority environment
\n
• Strong knowledge of development management and planning policy
\n
• Commercially aware with a proactive approach to business development
\n
• Confident communicator with strong negotiation skills
\n
• Ambitious, driven and keen to be part of a growing team
\n
