CNC Turner, Setter, Operator - The Role
\n We are seeking a skilled CNC Turner to set and operate our fleet of modern Mazak Quick Turn lathes. You will work on low-volume, small-batch runs, producing complex, high-precision parts from a wide variety of specialist materials.

CNC Turner, Setter, Operator - Key Responsibilities

\n
• Set and operate Mazak CNC turning centers using Mazatrol controls.
\n
• Interpret complex engineering drawings and geometrical tolerances.
\n
• Machine diverse materials (exotics, titanium, stainless steel, aluminum) to tight tolerances.
\n
• Inspect your own work using manual measuring equipment to ensure strict quality standards.
\n
• Collaborate with the programming team to optimize cycle times and tooling setups.
\n

What We Look For

\n
• Proven track record as a CNC Turner, Setter, and Operator.
\n
• Expertise with Mazatrol controls and Mazak Quick Turn machinery.
\n
• Strong ability to read, interpret, and work from technical engineering drawings.
\n
• Experience working to high-precision, close tolerances (micron level).
\n
• Background manufacturing components for Motorsport, Aerospace, or Medical sectors (preferred).
\n
