Support Worker

Support Worker Coleford (GL16)

We are currently recruiting experienced Support Workers who are interested in picking up regular hours at our service in Coleford (GL16)

The service supports young males with complex needs and challenging behaviours, and we are looking for reliable, confident, and compassionate support workers who have experience providing person-centred care in a challenging environment.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 12 months' UK care experience
\n
• Experience supporting individuals with learning disabilities and challenging behaviours
\n
• Confidence managing complex needs and behaviours in a professional manner
\n
• Reliable and committed to providing high-quality support
\n
• Ability to travel to the service location (driver preferred due to location, or must have reliable transport arrangements)
\n
