I'm working with a well-established infrastructure contractor that's looking to add a commercially minded Quantity Surveyor to its growing team. • Manage project costs from tender through to final account.
\n
• Prepare valuations, cost reports and forecasts.
\n
• Monitor budgets, commercial risks and project performance.
\n
• Procure and manage subcontractors.
\n
• Administer contracts and ensure compliance with commercial processes.
\n
• Build strong working relationships with clients, project teams and subcontractors.
\n

\n
• Experience as a Quantity Surveyor within civil engineering, construction or infrastructure.
\n
• Good commercial awareness and cost management skills.
\n
• Knowledge of NEC contracts is highly desirable.
\n
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
\n
• Organised, proactive and able to manage multiple priorities.
\n
