We are looking for an experienced CNC Router Operator to join a friendly and supportive team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled machinist who takes pride in producing high-quality work and is looking for long-term stability with a company that values its employees.

Working in a clean, heated, and well-ventilated workshop, you'll play a key role in the production of bespoke components used across a variety of industries.

The Role\n

As a CNC Router Operator, you will be responsible for programming, setting, and operating CNC machinery to produce high-quality components to customer specifications.

\n

Your duties will include:

\n

• Programming and operating 3-Axis CNC routers
\n
• Machining MDF, plywood, melamine-faced boards, and other sheet materials
\n
• Reading and interpreting technical drawings and job specifications
\n
• Performing routine machine maintenance and daily checks
\n
• Monitoring quality throughout the manufacturing process
\n
• Ensuring work is completed accurately and efficiently
\n
• Maintaining high standards of housekeeping and workshop organisation
\n
• Working closely with colleagues to meet production deadlines
\n
• Following all health and safety procedures
\n

What We're Looking For\n

\n
• Minimum 3 years' experience programming and operating 3-Axis CNC routers
\n
• Experience machining MDF, plywood, melamine-faced boards, and similar materials
\n
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
\n
• Good understanding of CNC machine maintenance and care
\n
• Excellent timekeeping and reliability
\n
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
\n
• Positive attitude with a willingness to contribute to the wider team
\n
• Joinery or woodworking experience would be advantageous
\n
