\nWe are a well-established, precision manufacturing and engineering company based in Northampton. Due to ongoing growth and a packed order book, we are looking for a skilled and motivated CNC Operator to join our busy workshop team.
\nIf you have a keen eye for detail, a strong work ethic, and experience working in a fast-paced precision engineering environment, we want to hear from you.
\nKey Responsibilities

Operate CNC machinery to produce high-quality, precision components.

Load materials and run pre-programmed cycles safely and efficiently
\n - \n
Inspect finished components using manual measuring equipment (micrometers, verniers, calipers) against engineering drawings.
\n - \n
Deburr and finish parts to the required standard.
\n - \n
Maintain a clean and safe working environment, adhering to all health and safety guidelines.
\n
What We Are Looking For

Proven experience as a CNC Operator (experience with Milling, Turning, or both is highly valued).
\n - \n
Ability to read and interpret technical engineering drawings.
\n - \n
Confident using standard measuring instruments for quality control.
\n - \n
A reliable team player with strong communication skills and a proactive attitude.
\n - \n
Experience with specific control systems (e.g., Fanuc, Mazak, or Heidenhain) is a distinct advantage, though not strictly essential.
