FLT Driver

We have a new and exciting opportunity for you to work as a full time FLT Driver based in Bridgwater, TA6 4RN.

Your pay rate as a FLT Driver:

Your pay rate as a FLT Driver will be £13.29 per hour

Your role as an FLT Driver:

\n
• Topping up preforms in the material hoopers
\n
• Operating Materials Handling Equipment in accordance with Company MHE Standards
\n
• Working as a key member of the Site Supply team, demonstrating Company Values and flexibility to support other teams/departments where required
\n
• Accurately completing all monitoring systems required by the Company in accordance with Company
\n
• Policies/Procedures/Standards
\n
• Reporting any non-conformances to Company Policies/Procedures/Standards and supporting corrective action activities
\n
• Supporting the delivery of key performance indicators for the Factory linked to Safety, Quality, People, Delivery, and Cost Standards
\n
• Pro-actively identifying areas for continuous improvement within the work environment/equipment/systems
\n
• Demonstrating a willingness to develop within the role to achieve Excellent Competency Levels
\n

Typical hours as a FLT Driver:

\n
• 4 on 4off shift pattern
\n
• Day shift 7am until 7pm
\n
• Night shift 7pm until 7am
\n

What we are looking for in a successful candidate:

• A valid FLT truck license is required
\n
• Previous warehouse experience is a plus
