Hours:Monday to Thursday - 7:00 16:00, Friday - 07:00-12:00 (flexibility required)\n

Key Responsibilities\n

- Preparing moulds for concrete casting. \n
- Pouring, levelling and finishing concrete. \n
- Installing reinforcement and other components into moulds. \n
- Stripping moulds and safely removing finished concrete units. \n
- Carrying out quality inspections to ensure products meet specification. \n
- Using hand and power tools safely and effectively. \n
- Maintaining a clean and organised work area. \n
- Following all health and safety procedures and site regulations. \n
- Working collaboratively with the production team to achieve daily targets. \n

- Experience working withconcreteor in a manufacturing/production environment. \n
- Ability to read and follow technical drawings, work instructions and specifications. \n
- Knowledge ofconcretemixing, pouring, casting and finishing techniques. \n
- Experience preparing, assembling and stripping moulds/formwork. \n
- Ability to use hand and power tools safely. \n
- Good attention to detail to ensure products meet quality standards. \n
- Manual handling capability and willingness to undertake physically demanding work. \n
- Good numeracy skills for measuring materials and checking dimensions. \n
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team. \n
- Reliable with a strong work ethic and good timekeeping. \n
- \n
- Previous experience in precastconcretemanufacturing. \n
- Experience using overhead cranes (with relevant certification). \n
- Forklift Truck (FLT) licence. \n
- Knowledge of reinforcement placement (rebar, mesh or cages). \n
- Experience carrying out minor maintenance on moulds and equipment. \n
- Understanding of Lean Manufacturing or Continuous Improvement principles. \n
- Basic IT skills for recording production or quality checks. \n
