Rate: £35 per hour (PAYE)\n

Hours: Full Time, On-Site\n
Clearance: BPSS with eligibility to obtain full SC Clearance\n
\n We are recruiting for a Configuration & Baseline Engineer to support the F-35 Training Support Centre at RAF Marham. This is an excellent opportunity to join a high-profile defence programme, supporting the management of the F-35 training database, configuration control and curriculum development.\n

\n Key Responsibilities \n

- Manage and maintain the F-35 training database, including configuration control and backups \n
- Apply Systems Approach to Training (SAT) and Instructional Systems Design (ISD) methodologies \n
- Support curriculum development and training assurance activities \n
- Analyse training data to identify improvements and support reporting \n
- Manage configuration using PerForce Helix Core \n
- Work closely with BAE Systems, the MoD and Lockheed Martin to support training delivery \n
- Resolve stakeholder queries and support governance processes \n

- Experience within an aviation or defence training environment \n
- Knowledge of Systems Approach to Training (SAT) \n
- Experience using Microsoft Access and the MS Office suite \n
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills \n
- Experience with configuration management tools (PerForce desirable) \n
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills \n
- Knowledge of DSAT (JSP822) would be advantageous \n
