AC Supervisor

£50,000 - £60,000 + Travel Scheme (£10k Value) + Overtime + Excellent Benefits

We're looking for an experienced AC Supervisor to join a growing business, leading a team of engineers while remaining hands-on in the field.

This is an excellent opportunity for an established Supervisor or a Lead Engineer ready to take the next step into a supervisory position.

• Supervise and support a team of AC installation and maintenance engineers
\n
• Provide technical guidance and ensure high standards of workmanship
\n
• Carry out site surveys for quoted works
\n
• Support both the operational and commercial aspects of the business
\n
• Remain hands-on, with approximately 6080% of your time spent on the tools
\n
• Participate in a 1 in 7 call-out rota
\n

• £50,000 - £60,000 basic salary
\n
• Travel scheme worth approximately £10,000
\n
• Monday-Friday, 8:00am - 4:30pm
\n
• Optional overtime paid at 1.5x
\n
• Fuel card
\n
• Parking expenses covered
\n
• 23 days holiday plus bank holidays
\n
• NEST pension
\n
• £150 standby payment for call-out rota
\n

• Proven experience within commercial air conditioning installation and maintenance
\n
• Previous supervisory or team-leading experience
\n
• Strong technical knowledge and leadership skills
\n
• F-Gas Level 3 qualification
\n
• Full UK driving licence
\n
