Rate of pay: £20.15 per hour

Shift Pattern:

Week 1 Monday to Wednesday 6am 6pm

Week 2 Thursday to Saturday 6am 6pm

Week 3 Monday to Wednesday 6pm to 6am

Remuneration:

34 hrs per week

170 hrs holiday per year

Paid Bank Holidays

We are seeking a skilled Lithographic Printer to join the production team, operating high-spec machinery in a fast-paced, quality-focused environment.

What you will be doing

• Press Operation: handling everything from plate loading to registration.
\n
• Maintaining colour consistency and conducting quality checks.
\n
• Mixing inks to spec and managing stock levels of paper, plates, and consumables to minimize waste.
\n
• Keeping the wheels turning through routine cleaning, troubleshooting, and active participation maintenance.
\n

What you will bring to the team

• Experience as a Lithographic Printer
\n
• An understanding of both UV and conventional print processes.
\n
• Colour management skills and a \"right first time\" attitude.
\n
• The ability to troubleshoot mechanical or print issues.
\n
• A flexible approach to shift work and a positive, team-focused work ethic.
\n
