We are looking for HGV Class 1 Drivers

Days £16ph - £17.93ph (higher rate including holiday pay)

\n

Location: Cardiff, CF3

\n

Immediate start

\n

Shift: 0600 starts, up to 11hr days on average

\n

Ongoing with some permanent opportunities available

JDR Recruitment are recruiting for HGV Class 1 Drivers to join our clients team based in Cardiff. There are days and tramping available. Trampers receive an additional £140pw

\n

The role:

\n

As an HGV Class 1 Driver, you'll be responsible for operating an HGV Class 1 lorry doing straight forward yard to yard work. This will be 1-2 drops per day

\n

Your key responsibilities will be:-

\n

\n
• Driving and operating an HGV Class 1 Lorry in line with safety standards
\n
• Carrying out site collections and trunks to West Wales
\n
• Ensuring vehicle checks are completed daily
\n
• Maintaining a professional and customer-focused approach
\n

\n

About you:

\n

As an HGV Class 1 Driver you will have the following skills and experience:

\n

\n
• Valid HGV Class 1 (Category C+E) licence
\n
• Min experience 18 months recent experience
\n
• Valid CPC & Digi Tacho card
\n
• Strong focus on safety and customer service
\n

\n
