\nThe Opportunity
\nAs Workshop Manager, you will lead a team of 11 engineers within a workshop environment, ensuring high standards of productivity, quality, and continuous improvement. Youll also act as the primary technical contact for both customers and suppliers.
\nThis is a hands-on leadership role, ideal for someone who enjoys combining team management with technical involvement.
\nKey Responsibilities

- Lead, motivate, and develop a team of 11 engineers \n
- Drive productivity, quality standards, and operational processes \n
- Deliver training and support continuous improvement initiatives \n
- Act as the main technical point of contact for customers and suppliers \n
About You
\n- \n
- Proven experience as a Mechanical Supervisor or Team Leader \n
- Strong technical knowledge of gearboxes, motors, engines, pumps, and rotating equipment \n
- Hands-on experience with stripping, inspection, and repair of mechanical components \n
- Ambitious and ready to progress into a Workshop Manager role \n
- Comfortable with travel and working across multiple sites \n
