Essential experience:

\n

2+ years as a Conveyancing Fee Earner solid experience matters the most

\n

Leasehold and freehold purchases

\n

Shared ownership transactions

\n

Help to Buy

\n

Desirable experience:

\n

Bridging loans

\n

Knowledge of the Building Safety Act

\n

Key responsibilities:

\n

Managing a caseload of c.60 files, liaising with clients, estate agents, lenders and other professionals

\n

Conducting title checks, raising and responding to enquiries, and preparing reports

\n

Reviewing draft contract packs and search results (local, environmental, etc.)

\n

Drafting and reviewing contracts and legal documents

\n

Keeping clients, mortgage brokers and estate agents updated in line with our SLA turnaround times

\n

Ensuring compliance with regulatory and firm procedures, and maintaining accurate file records

\n

Delivering an excellent standard of client care throughout the transaction

\n

What we're looking for:

A team player who uses initiative and stays calm under pressure when client facing

\n

Empathetic and a patient demeanour with clients

\n

Happy to chip in to build processes, as well as follow them

\n

Strong communicator, highly organised with their own time and workload, and detail focused

\n
