£18.50 - £22.00 per hour + Overtime (OTE £65,000-£80,000)

NEOS Engineering are working with a leading manufacturer and supplier of crushing, screening and material processing equipment who are looking to recruit a Field Service Engineer to cover Plymouth and the surrounding South West region. As a Crushing & Screening Engineer, you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing a range of mobile crushing, screening and recycling equipment across customer sites.

Your responsibilities will include:

\n
• Diagnosing mechanical, hydraulic and electrical faults.
\n
• Servicing, maintaining and repairing mobile crushers and screeners.
\n
• Carrying out planned preventative maintenance and inspections.
\n
• Responding to breakdowns and minimising customer downtime.
\n
• Commissioning new equipment where required.
\n
• Completing service documentation accurately.
\n
• Building strong relationships with customers through excellent service.
\n

We're looking for engineers who have experience working on heavy plant, quarrying or recycling equipment.

Ideally you'll have experience with equipment such as:

\n
• Crushers
\n
• Screeners
\n
• Conveyors
\n
• Trommels
\n
• Shredders
\n
• Washing equipment
\n
• Heavy construction plant
\n

You'll also have:

\n
• Strong mechanical, hydraulic and electrical diagnostic skills.
\n
• Experience working in a field service environment.
\n
• A recognised engineering qualification (NVQ, City & Guilds or equivalent) is desirable.
\n
• Full UK Driving Licence.
\n
• A positive attitude and excellent customer service skills.
\n
