I'm recruiting for a phone-based B2B sales role with a growing energy and transport business. This is a target-driven, outbound sales position where you'll manage existing accounts while actively generating additional revenue.

The role

• Managing a portfolio of B2B clients across the UK and Europe
\n
• Speaking to customers daily - high call volumes expected
\n
• Identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell services
\n
• Closing business over the phone and hitting monthly targets
\n
• Supporting new clients through onboarding and product setup
\n

What we're looking for

• Proven outbound / telephone sales experience
\n
• Comfortable working to targets and KPIs
\n
• Strong communicator who can handle objections and close
\n
• Commercial mindset - spotting and converting opportunities
\n

Package

• £26,000 basic
\n
• Uncapped commission (realistic OTE £40k+)
\n
