Pertemps Milton Keynes are currently recruiting HGV Class 2 (Category C) Day Drivers for ongoing work based in Northampton.\n
\nWhether you're an experienced driver or have recently passed your Class 2 test, this is an excellent opportunity to secure regular work with competitive rates of pay and a flexible working pattern.\n
\nLocation: Northampton\n
\nShift Pattern: Any 5 days from 7
Start Times: Between 04:30 and 07:00
\n The Role\n
\nAs an HGV Class 2 Driver, you will be responsible for:\n
\n

\n
• Completing multi-drop deliveries across the region
\n
• Ensuring goods are delivered safely and on time
\n
• Loading and unloading deliveries where required
\n
• Carrying out daily vehicle checks
\n
• Completing delivery paperwork accurately
\n
• Maintaining high levels of customer service
\n
• Adhering to Driver Hours regulations and company procedures
  
\n

Pay Rates\n

\n
• £19.93 per hour
\n
• £24.54 per hour Saturday & Sunday
  
\n

RequirementsTo be considered for this role, you must have:\n
\n

\n
• A valid Category C (Class 2) Licence
\n
• Valid Driver CPC Qualification
\n
• Valid Digital Tachograph Card
\n
• Newly passed drivers are welcome to apply
\n
• No more than 6 penalty points
\n
• No CU, DD, DR or TT endorsements
\n
• A professional and reliable attitude to work
\n
• Good communication and customer service skills
