Are you an experienced Registered Manager Children's Residential Home looking for your next leadership opportunity?

We are seeking an exceptional Registered Manager Children's Residential Home to lead a therapeutic children's home supporting young people with Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties (EBD). This is an exciting opportunity to lead a high-quality service, inspire a dedicated team, and make a lasting impact on the lives of children and young people.

The Role

As Registered Manager Children's Residential Home, you will:

• Lead the day-to-day management of the home, ensuring outstanding standards of care.
\n
• Drive positive outcomes for children through therapeutic, child-centred practice.
\n
• Ensure full compliance with Children's Homes Regulations, Quality Standards and Ofsted requirements.
\n
• Lead, develop and inspire a high-performing staff team.
\n
• Manage safeguarding, quality assurance, budgets and service performance.
\n
• Build strong partnerships with local authorities, families and external professionals.
\n
• Prepare for and lead Ofsted inspections with confidence.
\n
• Create a safe, nurturing and ambitious environment where children can thrive.
\n

Requirements

\n
• Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management for Residential Childcare (essential).
\n
• Current or previous experience as a Registered Manager in a Children's Residential Home.
\n
• Proven track record of leading successful Ofsted inspections.
\n
• Excellent knowledge of Children's Homes Regulations, safeguarding and quality standards.
\n
• Strong leadership, communication and people management skills.
\n
• Full UK driving licence.
\n
