\nBasedon the stunning shores of the West Coast of Scotland, our client is looking for a Sous Chef whos passionate about fresh ingredients, coastal flavours and creating consistently great dishes. Youll work closely with their Head Chef to deliver memorable dining experiences in a supportive, well-organised and genuinely enjoyable environment.
\nWhat youll be doing
\nSupporting the Head Chef with daily kitchen operations
\nPreparing and presenting high-quality seafood dishes
\nLeading the team when the Head Chef is off perfecting their golf swing
\nKeeping standards high and consistency spot-on
\nEnsuring food safety and hygiene compliance
\nAssisting with stock control, ordering and waste reduction
\nContributing ideas to seasonal menu development
\nHelping build a positive, motivated kitchen culture
\nWhat theyre looking for
\nExperienced Sous Chef or strong Junior Sous ready to step up
\nPassion for fish, seafood and coastal cooking
\nCalm, organised and reliable under pressure
\nSupportive team player with leadership skills
\nStrong commitment to quality, consistency and best practice

\n£34,320£35,360 per year (DOE), paid weekly
\nTips shared across the restaurant team
\n40 hours per week no late nights, no night shifts, no split shifts
