\nThe Opportunity- Bid Manager
\nThis is an exciting opportunity for a talented Bid Manager to take ownership of the end-to-end bid process, leading high-quality submissions that support the company's ambitious growth plans.
\nWorking closely with senior stakeholders across Operations, Sales, Finance, HR, Compliance, and Marketing, you will coordinate compelling tender responses that clearly demonstrate value, service excellence, and competitive advantage.

\nKey Responsibilities- Bid Manager

- Lead and manage the complete bid lifecycle from qualification through to submission and presentation. \n
- Coordinate responses to PQQs, SQs, ITTs, RFIs, and tender opportunities. \n
- Develop compelling, customer-focused bid content tailored to client requirements. \n
- Collaborate with operational and subject matter experts to gather technical information and evidence. \n
- Manage bid timelines, ensuring all submissions are completed accurately and on schedule. \n
- Review tender documentation and identify key win themes, risks, and opportunities. \n
- Maintain and develop the bid library, case studies, and supporting content. \n
- Support client presentations, bid interviews, and clarification responses. \n
- Analyse bid outcomes and implement continuous improvement initiatives. \n
- Monitor tender portals and identify suitable opportunities for qualification. \n
About You
\nWe are seeking a commercially minded bid professional who thrives in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
\nYou will have:
\n- \n
- Proven experience as a Bid Manager, Senior Bid Writer, or Bid Lead. \n
- Experience producing successful bids within the security, facilities management, outsourcing, or service-led sectors. \n
- Exceptional written communication and editing skills. \n
- Strong project management and organisational abilities. \n
- Experience managing multiple bids simultaneously. \n
- Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills. \n
- High attention to detail and a commitment to producing quality submissions. \n
- Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Word and PowerPoint. \n
