Skilled Butcher

We have a wonderful opportunity for anexperienced skilled Butcher to join our established and highly skilled team working at our prestigious Lichfield shop, supporting the day to day running of the shop, helping to drive performance and contribute to developing innovative, award winning quality products.\n
\nWorking closely with the Shop Manager and the Butchery and Delicatessen team at our long established shop in the centre of Lichfield, you will be fully competent in all aspects of butchery with excellent butchery and display standards, providing premium quality products and service to our valued customers.\n
\nKey Requirements:\n

• Proven experience as a skilled butcher in a busy retail environment
\n
• Commercial awareness and confidence balancing shop performance with customer service
\n
• Passion for product development and delivering premium quality produce
\n
• Drive, enthusiasm and pride in high standards.
