Assistant Manager Monday - Friday

Working Pattern: Monday - Friday, 40 hours per week, 8 hour shifts between 07:00am - 16:30pm\n
Location: London, EC1A 4AB\n
Rate of Pay: £35,000 per annum\n
Your key responsibilities will include:\n

\n
• Liaising between the team and manager to ensure we continually exceed expectations
\n
• Managing a team of 25 team members
\n
• Report directly to the General Manager at site
\n
• Assisting the manager with managing inventories, monitoring budgets and implementing action plans
\n
• Managing the tills and processing payments
\n
• Supporting and training our teams, leading from the front to make sure everyone can excel in their role
\n
• Assisting with paperwork when required
\n
• Representing Compass Group UK&I and maintaining a positive brand image
\n
