Experienced Aluminium Welder/Fabricator – Permanent Opportunity

We are recruiting for a talented Aluminium TIG Welder/Fabricator to join our client's bespoke manufacturing division. This role focuses on producing high-quality, precision-engineered products, working with aluminium extrusions, castings, and flat bar materials.

  TIG welding and fabricating aluminium access platforms from various raw materials

\n
• \n

  Reading and interpreting engineering drawings and technical specifications

\n
• \n

  Cutting, shaping, and assembling components using hand and power tools

\n
• \n

  Carrying out quality inspections to ensure finished products meet required standards

\n
• \n

  Working closely with the production team to achieve targets and deadlines

\n

\n
• \n

  Minimum of 2 years' experience in aluminium TIG welding and fabrication

\n
• \n

  Confident interpreting and working from engineering drawings

\n
• \n

  High attention to detail with pride in producing quality workmanship

\n
• \n

  Strong communication skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team

\n
• \n

  Physically fit and comfortable working in a busy, fast-paced environment

\n
• \n

  Relevant welding and fabrication qualifications

\n

• Sociable Day Shifts - Monday-Friday - 8am-4:30pm
\n
• \n

  £14.00 – £15.50 per hour (depending on experience and qualifications)

\n
• \n

  Overtime paid at time and a half

\n
• \n

  Full-time, permanent position
