Paint Prepper

Location: Marlow

Salary: £35,000 per annum

Working Hours: Monday to Thursday 08:0016:30, Friday 08:0012:30 (Enjoy an early finish every week!)

As a Prepper, your responsibilities will include:

• Preparing components and products for painting, including sanding, filling, masking, and cleaning
\n
• Inspecting surfaces and identifying defects that require rectification
\n
• Applying primers and preparing materials ahead of the paint process
\n
• Using hand and power tools to achieve the required finish standards
\n
• Ensuring parts are correctly masked and protected before painting
\n

To be successful in this role, you will have:

\n
• Previous experience as a Prepper, Paint Prepper, Surface Finisher, or within a similar manufacturing environment
\n
• Experience preparing metal, composite, or automotive components for painting
\n
• Strong knowledge of sanding, masking, filling, and surface preparation techniques
\n
• The ability to follow work instructions and technical specifications
\n
