Who We Are Looking ForWe need a dynamic, hands-on Duty Officer to keep Borderville Sports Centre running smoothly. You will lead shift operations, ensure guest safety, and deliver great workouts. This rota-based role focuses mainly on evenings and weekends.Essential CriteriaYou must meet these core requirements to be considered:\n

• Fitness qualification: Minimum Level 2 Fitness Instructor certificate.
\n
• First aid: Ability to act as the Duty First Aider.
\n
• Schedule flexibility: Available for evening and weekend shifts.
\n
• Money handling: Experience with cash reconciliation and financial procedures.
\n

Your Main Responsibilities\n

\n
• Lead the floor: Manage day-to-day operations, safety, and security.
\n
• Inspire members: Deliver fitness classes, gym inductions, and programmes.
\n
• Own the desk: Handle bookings, memberships, calls, and reception enquiries.
\n
• Prep the space: Manage sports hall setups and quick activity changeovers.
\n
• Keep it clean: Support the cleaning team to maintain high hygiene standards.
\n
