The Role

\n

You will join a busy preconstruction team working on a mix of new build, refurbishment, alteration and fit-out projects up to £20m. Work spans multiple sectors including Education, Healthcare, Community, Industrial, Leisure & Retail and Commercial Buildings.

\n

Working hours: 8.30am 5pm with 1 hour for lunch.

Responsibilities

    Preparing cost plans, tenders and estimates

    • \n
  • \n

    Leading the estimating process across multiple projects

    • \n
  • \n

    Working closely with design, commercial and operational teams

    • \n
  • \n

    Liaising with supply chain partners to secure competitive pricing

    • \n
  • \n

    Supporting junior team members where required

    • \n

About You

\n
    \n
  • \n

    Experienced Estimator within the construction industry

    • \n
  • \n

    Background working for a main contractor on new build or refurbishment schemes

    • \n
  • \n

    Self-directed, organised and highly motivated

    • \n
  • \n

    Able to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment

    • \n
  • \n

    Strong team player with good communication skills

    • \n
