Graduate Development Surveyor

Were looking for a Graduate Development Surveyor to join our team at Nansledan, one of the UKs most ambitious development projects, with the opportunity to work on a wide range of exciting housing, commercial and leisure projects that will shape the future of this growing community.

Reporting to the Development Director, this is a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience across the full development lifecycle. Youll support the delivery of residential neighbourhoods, affordable and Build to Rent housing, commercial developments (including a new High Street area called Market Street), and community and sports facilities, while working alongside housebuilders, consultants, local stakeholders and colleagues across the Duchy.

From supporting development agreements and financial appraisals to helping deliver projects themselves, youll gain experience of every aspect of creating a thriving, sustainable place.

Were looking for someone with a degree in a development-related discipline who is passionate about property, placemaking and creating communities that balance commercial success with positive social and environmental outcomes.

Youll be highly organised, commercially aware and eager to learn, with strong communication skills, a collaborative approach and the confidence to work with a wide range of stakeholders.

Most importantly, youll be motivated by the opportunity to develop your career while contributing to one of the UKs most innovative long-term development projects.

This is an exceptional opportunity to work alongside an experienced Development Director and within a wider development team, gaining broad experience across residential, commercial and mixed-use development from strategy through to delivery.
