- Support students aged 416 with a range of needs including autism, ADHD, and learning difficulties. \n
- Provide one-to-one and small group interventions to help pupils access learning and develop essential skills. \n
- Work closely with teachers and therapists to implement individual education plans. \n
- Observe, record, and reflect on pupil progress - invaluable preparation for postgraduate EP training. \n
- Contribute to a positive, inclusive, and supportive learning environment \n

- A 2:1 or above in Psychology (or a closely related subject) \n
- Prior experience supporting children or young people with SEND (school, care, or voluntary roles) is highly desirable. \n
- A calm, empathetic, and reflective attitude. \n
- Excellent communication skills and a genuine passion for child development \n
- A clear ambition to pursue a career in Educational Psychology \n
