Compliance Surveyor

Take on a permanent position as a Compliance Surveyor which is offering great benefits including annual leave, a pension scheme, and training/development. As a Compliance Surveyor, you will be working on social housing properties across the East Midlands, and visiting their offices in Leicester and Derby.\n
\nYou will complete property inspections in alignment with the big 6, throughout social housing properties. This is the perfect opportunity to step into a new challenge if you already have demonstratable experience in compliance.\n

As a Compliance Surveyor, you will be:\n

\n
• Conducting property inspectionsacross domestic residentialproperties, identifyingmaintenance issues andassessing property condition
\n
• Carrying out compliancesurveys toensure properties metrelevant safety, regulatory, and housing standards
\n
• Raising and submitting detailed work ordersforrepairs, maintenance, andremedial works, ensuringtimely follow-upand completion
\n
• Liaising regularly withcontractors and suppliers, ensuring effective contractmanagement andadministration
\n
