The Role\n
\nWe are looking for a hands-on Food Services Manager to lead a high-volume corporate staff dining restaurant. This is a fast-paced, high-expectation environment where standards and guest experience are key.\n

\nCorporate dining environment\n
\nTeam of 6 across front and back of house\n
\nHigh-volume service with peak periods\n
\nStrong focus on quality, consistency and control\n
What You'll Be Doing\n
\nLead daily briefings and prepare the team for service\n
\nMaintain a strong presence on the floor\n
\nManage service flow and guest experience\n
\nWork closely with the kitchen team\n
\nMonitor standards, cleanliness and availability\n
\nResolve issues quickly and take full ownership\n
\nReview performance and reset for the next day\n
About You\n
\nExperienced in restaurant or hospitality management\n
\nStrong front of house leadership\n
\nConfident running busy services\n
\nHighly organised and detail focused\n
\nComfortable managing a small team\n
\nUnderstands food cost and operational efficiency\n
\nTakes ownership and leads from the front\n
