\nWhat You'll Be Doing
\nAs a Quality Engineer (Compliance & Audit), you'll play a key role in maintaining and improving our Quality Management System while ensuring compliance with customer, regulatory, and internal quality standards.
\nYour responsibilities will include:
\n- \n
- Conducting internal and external quality audits. \n
- Supporting compliance with the Quality Management System (QMS) / Integrated Management System (IMS). \n
- Investigating non-conformances and participating in MRB activities. \n
- Raising and managing concessions where required. \n
- Identifying opportunities for continuous improvement and waste reduction. \n
- Working closely with manufacturing teams to ensure quality standards are maintained throughout production. \n
About You
\nWe're looking for someone who combines technical quality expertise with a practical, solutions-focused approach.
\nYou'll have:
\n- \n
- A minimum of 3 years' experience as a Quality Engineer within a manufacturing environment. \n
- Previous experience as a time-served inspector or an experienced quality auditor. \n
- The ability to interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and manufacturing requirements to verify product conformity. \n
- A thorough understanding of manufacturing processes from raw material through to finished product. \n
- Experience working to the demanding standards of the aerospace, defence, or other highly regulated manufacturing sectors. \n
- Knowledge of Quality Management Systems (QMS/IMS) and quality compliance requirements. \n
- Experience using a range of inspection techniques and equipment, including:\n
- \n
- Hand measuring equipment \n
- Keyence measurement systems \n
- Coordinate Measuring Machines (CMM) \n
\n - Experience managing non-conformance processes, MRB activities, and concession requests. \n
- Experience planning and conducting internal and external audits. \n
