Salary: £12.71 per hour, increasing to £13.05 per hour after 12 weeks\n
Working Hours: Tuesday to Friday, starting at 6:00am until finish\n

\nWe are currently recruiting reliable and hardworking Refuse Collectors to join a busy team in Coalville. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking for a long-term role, with the possibility of becoming permanent following a successful temporary period.\n

\n The Role:\n
\nAs a Refuse Collector, your main responsibilities will include:\n
\n

\n
• Collecting refuse and waste from residential and commercial areas
\n
• Working as part of a team to complete daily collection routes
\n
• Loading refuse and waste into the collection vehicle
\n
• Walking long distances throughout the working day, potentially up to 10 miles per day
\n
• Working outdoors in all weather conditions
\n
• Following health and safety procedures at all times
\n
• Maintaining a reliable and professional approach to work
\n
• Completing all assigned collections efficiently and safely
\n

Working Hours and Pay:\n
\n

\n
• Tuesday to Friday
\n
• Start time: 6:00am
\n
• Finish time: Until the daily work is completed
\n
• £12.71 per hour
\n
• Pay increases to £13.05 per hour after 12 weeks
\n
• You will be paid for 9 hours and 15 minutes per shift, regardless of whether the work is completed earlier
\n
• Temp-to-perm opportunity for suitable candidates
