JOB TITLE: HVAC Engineer / Air Conditioning Engineer
\nSALARY: £45 - £55k dependent on experience, van/fuel card + overtime, no on call, 20 days annual leave + bank holidays
\nLOCATION: Surrey, Middx, West london, Soutwest London,
\nJOB INFORMATION -HVAC Engineer / Air Conditioning Engineer

- Working on a mobile basis you would be responsible for carrying out service, and preventative planned maintenance according to schedules on a wide range of air conditioning appliances, \n
- As an Air conditioning Engineer / HVAC Engineer you would carry out maintenance on systems such as VRV's, VRF's, Splits and multi-split systems etc. \n
- Covering in and around Surrey, Middx, West/Southwest London you would be responsible for delivering an excellent customer service to high end residentials apartment blocks (landlord side only), offices and other sites of a commercial nature. \n
- This is a 40hour week, and would suit someone looking for a worklife balance \n
- Van provided along with tools \n
- On call 1 week in 6/7 with standby allowance and overtime rates \n

CANDIDATE INFORMATION - HVAC Engineer / Air conditioning engineer

- Good customer services skills, well-presented and articulate with the ability to build trust and rapport with clients. \n
- The ideal candidate will have excellent trouble shooting skills with the ability to accurately identify faults on VRV systems, VRF's, splits, AHU's and so on. \n
- Recognised air conditioning qualifications including F-Gas, City & Guilds NVQ \n
- As an air conditioning engineer you will have experience of working on air conditioning service and maintenance contracts previously \n
- Good working knowledge/ trouble shooting skills on a wide range of air conditioning appliances including splits, VRV, VRF, Split systems with ability to change compressors etc \n
- Motivated and trustworthy \n
- Must be looking to progress with a forward thinking up and coming business. \n
