TLP Recruitment Southampton are currently recruiting experienced Class 1 (C+E) Drivers for a busy and well-established logistics operation based in Southampton.

This is an excellent opportunity for professional drivers looking for consistent weekday work with a respected transport operation carrying out a mix of container, refrigerated and general haulage throughout the South.

• Local and regional Class 1 deliveries and collections
\n
• Container, refrigerated and general haulage work
\n
• Conduct daily vehicle safety checks and defect reporting
\n
• Ensure deliveries are completed safely, efficiently and on time
\n
• Maintain compliance with Driver Hours and Working Time Regulations
\n
• Deliver a professional service when attending customer and port locations
\n

\n
• Valid Class 1 (C+E) Licence
\n
• Driver CPC Qualification Card
\n
• Digital Tachograph Card
\n
• Previous Class 1 driving experience
\n
• Container or port experience advantageous
\n
• Good knowledge of Driver Hours and tachograph legislation
\n
• Reliable, professional and safety-focused approach
\n
• Maximum 6 penalty points (No DR or IN endorsements)
\n

• From £17.00 per hour

• Monday to Friday day shifts
