Nursing Home Manager

The Bridge Group Recruitment is currently recruiting for an experienced Nursing Home Manager on behalf of a well-established Health care provider.

This is an excellent opportunity for a dedicated and compassionate leader who is passionate about delivering high-quality, person-centred care within a residential setting. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day running of the home, ensuring compliance with CIW regulations and leading a stable and supportive staff team.

The ideal candidate will have:
\n A minimum of 2 years experience within a Registered Manager position
\n A strong and positive working relationship with CIW
\n Proven experience managing a Nursing Home.
\n A consistent employment history demonstrating longevity and commitment within previous roles
\n Excellent leadership, communication and organisational skills
\n A passion for maintaining high standards of care and staff wellbeing

Responsibilities will include:
\n Ensuring the home remains compliant with CIW standards and regulations
\n Leading, supporting and developing the staff team
\n Promoting a positive and person-centred culture within the service
\n Managing occupancy, staffing and overall operational performance
\n Building positive relationships with residents, families and external professionals
