Electrical Service Engineer\n
\nLocation - Heysham Power Station (primary location)\n
\nAre you an electrical engineer who enjoys variety in your working week?\n
\nDo you like the mix of hands-on fault-finding, small projects and routine maintenance?\n

What will you be doing?\n
\nCarrying out routine maintenance tasks such as site surveys, technical audits, system health checks, spares management, obsolescence reporting, disaster recovery work and system upgrades/patching\n
\nHelping customers fault-find and resolve issues by phone, web or email, and attending site for emergency repairs where needed, including out-of-hours work on a rota basis\n
\nCompleting service reports and other project documentation as required\n
Where you'll be doing it?\n
\nYou'll be joining a business with decades of experience in advanced system integration, working across some of the UK's most highly regulated and technically demanding industrial environments, including energy, water, renewables and manufacturing. You'll be part of a team supporting a range of clients, with work varying between small projects, maintenance and reactive support.\n
What you'll need:\n
\nA good electrical engineering background\n
\nCurrent driving licence\n
\nPLC/RTU or similar control systems experience (desirable)\n
\nAbility to gain SC clearance\n
\nGood communicator, well organised, and able to work well under pressure and to deadlines\n
\nWillingness to attend customer sites individually and as part of a team\n
\nWillingness to undertake out-of-hours work on a rota basis\n
