Key responsibilities:

\n
• Full SAP responsibility for HV offshore wind operations
\n
• HV switching, isolations, earthing and LOTO
\n
• Manage electrical safety documentation:
\n
\n
• Permits to Work
\n
• Sanctions for Test
\n
• Switching schedules
\n
\n
• Review RAMS and work packs
\n
• Coordinate with offshore technicians, control room, OEMs and DNO stakeholders
\n
• Support HV fault finding, restoration and maintenance activities
\n
• Support SCADA and remote switching operations
\n
• Ensure compliance with UK HV Safety Rules and site procedures
\n

Essential requirements:

\n
• HV SAP authorisation (mandatory)
\n
• 33kV SAP minimum (66kV desirable)
\n
• Strong HV switching experience under UK Electrical Safety Rules
\n
• Experience in offshore wind, power generation, utilities, oil & gas or similar HV environments
\n
• Experience with HV switchgear, transformers, protection systems and SCADA
\n
• Experience managing electrical safety documentation
\n
• Offshore medical
\n
• ECS/CSCS
\n
• HV SAP competency certification
\n
• First Aid
\n

Desirable:

\n
• 66kV / 132kV SAP authorisation
\n
• Offshore substation experience
\n
• Protection testing and commissioning experience
\n
• GWO / BOSIET / FOET
\n
• IOSH / SSSTS / SMSTS
