Our modern bodyshop features the latest diagnostic tools, ADAS calibration equipment, and dedicated EV charging bays. We pride ourselves on precision, efficiency, and a great team culture. Due to a packed pipeline of work, we are expanding our team.The RoleWe are looking for a skilled, forward-thinking MET Technician. You will handle everything from basic panel stripping to complex electrical diagnostics on modern hybrid and electric vehicles.Your daily tasks will include:\n

• Stripping & Fitting:Removing and reinstalling interior trim, dashboards, and exterior panels.
\n
• Mechanical Work:Dismantling and rebuilding suspension, steering, and engine components.
\n
• Electrical Diagnostics:Reading fault codes and resetting safety systems.
\n
• ADAS Calibration:Using digital systems to align cameras and radar sensors.
\n
• EV Handling:Safely powering down and working on hybrid and electric vehicles.
\n

What We Need From You\n

• Experience:Minimum 3 years of experience as an MET Technician in a busy bodyshop.
\n
• Qualifications:NVQ Level 3 or Senior IMI Accreditation in MET repair is highly preferred.
\n
• EV/ADAS Skills:Experience with EV disconnects and ADAS calibration is a massive plus.
\n
• Mindset:A sharp eye for detail and a pride in delivering factory-standard finishes.
\n
• Driving License:A full, clean UK driving license is essential.
\n
