TSR Legal are pleased to be working with a well-established, busy high street law firm looking to grow their successful conveyancing team with the addition of a Residential Conveyancer. Whether youre a qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive, Licensed Conveyancer, or an experienced non-qualified Fee Earner apply today!

Youll be joining a friendly and supportive team of 4 Residential Conveyancers and 4 Legal Assistants, working together to deliver a high-quality service to a loyal client base.

The Role:

  Handling your own caseload of residential property transactions from instruction through to completion

\n
• \n

  Managing approximately 3035 new files per month, covering a range of freehold and leasehold sales and purchases

\n
• \n

  Working closely with legal assistants to ensure smooth file progression

\n
• \n

  Providing clear communication and updates to clients and third parties throughout the process

\n
• \n

  Maintaining compliance with all regulatory and professional standards

\n

About You:

\n
• \n

  Previous experience managing a residential conveyancing caseload independently is essential

\n
• \n

  Applications welcomed from both qualified and non-qualified conveyancers

\n
• \n

  Strong client care and communication skills

\n
• \n

  Ability to work well in a fast-paced, collaborative environment

\n
• \n

  Well-organised with good attention to detail

\n
