JOB INFORMATION - Commercial Gas Engineer / Mechanical Engineer PART TIME

• Based from home and working on a mobile basis you would be responsible for carrying out maintenance and repair on a wide range of commercial gas systems and mechanical / plantroom maintenance

• You would be responsible for carrying out PPM Schedules and meeting set KPI Targets covering high end apartments blocks (communial heating systems) and offices.
\n
• 24 hour rota for emergency call out 1 in 7
\n
• 23 days annual leave,
\n
• This role would suit someone looking for more of a work/life balance. My clioent is fleixible and will take someone on 3 /4 days /week

CANDIDATE INFORMATION - Commercial Gas Engineer / mechanical engineer PART TIME

• Recognised industry qualifications including ACS tickets
\n
• Good customer services skills, well-presented and articulate
\n
• Ability to diagnose and repair faults on commercial gas systems and mechanical systems
\n
• Experience of working on HVAC maintenance contracts previously would be advantegious but is not essential
\n
• Motivated and trustworthy
