Engineering Supervisor

We are seeking an Electrical Bias Supervisor to lead the delivery of engineering services at a flagship site in the heart of The City. • Supervise the onsite engineering team, allocating work and maintaining high engineering standards.
\n
• Deliver planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance in line with agreed service levels.
\n
• Provide technical leadership across electrical building services, ensuring statutory compliance and safe systems of work.
\n
• Manage subcontractors, permits to work, risk assessments, and promote a strong health & safety culture.
\n
• Build strong client relationships through excellent communication, operational reporting, and exceptional customer service.
\n
• Support minor works, lifecycle planning and CAFM documentation.
\n

• Recognised electrical qualification (City & Guilds, NVQ Level 3 or equivalent).
\n
• 18th Edition Wiring Regulations.
\n
• Previous experience working within commercial building services or facilities management.
\n
• Experience leading or supervising engineering teams.
\n
• Good understanding of HVAC plant, BMS systems, UPS, generators, and critical infrastructure.
\n

• IOSH or SSSTS qualification.
\n
• HV/LV Authorised Person or experience working with high-voltage systems.
